The team at Ecodek have worked hard developing our new Adek System, taking into consideration the changing face of construction methods.
There has a been a huge shift towards off-site and modular construction where you have huge time and cost saving benefits whilst also minimising risks involved where working at height.
In the process of developing our Adek range, we ensured our fixing channels are wide enough to accept a variety of lifting eye bolts.
This means that the full installation of the decking can be completed before the balcony is even off the ground and is then craned into position without the need to leave any boards out. Once the balcony assembly is in place and secured, the lifting eyes are then simply removed and the channel covers clip into place, concealing the now redundant lifting eye holes.
